This Wednesday, May 19, is the SURJ National all chapter call. The topic is reparations. The call will be from 8-9 pm EST.

SURJ National will be joined by Fund for Reparations NOW!. They will speak about
- what reparations are and are not
- why they're critical in moving us toward racial justice and abolition
- the role of white people in reparations
- what white folks are doing to support the reparations movement and HR 40
- how reparations are a critical piece to abolition and economic justice

They'll also share a story from Western Mass SURJ's reparations campaign and house buying project as an example of how SURJ chapters can engage with reparations in their communities.
