Rally / Press Conference SURJ Atlanta is organizing in partnership with Women on the Rise and the Communities Over Cages Coalition. We need as many folks in attendance as possible!! After the rally / press conference, we will be going in to leave public comment demanding that the city zero out the budget and transfer $15 million in funding for the city jail to the new diversion program.
