HB 531, the massive voter suppression bill that will more than likely get a vote on the floor this week. In response to this, The People’s Agenda has a text campaign ready to go that would inform voters of the bill and encourage them to contact their state representatives. This is a volunteer campaign that they need completed before Friday. If you all have time to devote to texting, please knock some out yourselves.

You can choose to text on your own or join The People’s Agenda on Thursday at 1:00PM for a kickoff texting party. They will discuss the current situation with House Bill HB531 as well as a new Senate Bill that dropped Tuesday that looks to be even harsher and more restrictive than the House Bill.
